Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
However we reserve the right to change this at any time and all orders made before the change will not be affected.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
In rare cases where an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If an order is confirmed to be lost in transit a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and warehouse availability.
If items are shipped separately you will receive tracking numbers for each package.
