Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition you received it
Items that are damaged, used, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- items that have been used
- items not in original packaging
- items returned after the return window has passed
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank for further information and clarification
If you still have not received your refund after 14 days of the return being accepted and you have followed these steps above, don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
If a refund is issued, any original shipping costs (if applicable) are not refunded.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Returns (Right to Cancel) Under UK Compliance
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason.
Once you notify us that you wish to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send it back.
